It’s best to titrate (slowly decrease down) off your dose if you are choosing to quit. I’ve quit cold-turkey on Focalin and Vyvanse but not Adderall XR. I experienced increased drowsiness and lethargy for about a week and a half. I had a touch of depression and anxiety as well.

Not everyone is the same so my assumption is that the effects of stopping vary from person to person.
