I’m not sure why noone has responded to you so I will.  I think that if you believe you have the symptoms ask your doctor for help.  If they don’t help see a psychologist.  The material on TotallyADD is a good start too.  It’s good to go in to a meeting with your doctor armed with some idea of what the disorder is and the treatment options.
