Not out here on the west coast.

B.C. lacks humans for BT counselling, social skills training and affordable psych counselling, but there is no lack of drugs.

BC Health’s statement of facts was/is that they don’t have the means to provided mental health care, so they are focussed

on providing drugs. Of course, BC drug plans offer no coverage or discounts for the drugs that are needed. { end of rant }

LOL, I see the BC Ministry of Health has a “decade-long vision” – perhaps they need corrective lenses.
