    Hi all, this is my first post here. Sorry its not more dramatic…but I am in the UK and take Equasym XL 20mg. Anybody else? Any thoughts or comments?

    As far as I can tell that’s just another name for methylphenidate (another brand name for it is Ritalin)

    and it’s a typical sustained release 20 mg pill. Most of us are familiar with that one.

    Agree with Aaron.walkhouse. Equasym XL is a 30/70 delivery system of methylphenidate so that you get 30% release in the beginning and 70% release for the rest of the day. We have Concerta which comes relatively cose to this medication. The delivery systems are different.

    However, it appears to be a very effective med.
