I’m not sure about the missing meds thing. My doctor isn’t educated on adults with ADD. He recommended I try not to take them after work or on the weekends. I know this is common for dealing with children but I can’t focus as well without them and I have even more important stuff to attend to when I’m not at work. Personally, I don’t want to skip days. I have missed a dose here and there e.g., Wanted to get to sleep early one night, Slept in today and started with my afternoon dose. I’m going to try to stay consistent.
Carrie, I’m not sure about the acclimation thing but would assume after your experience yesterday that you don’t want to miss meds anymore?
