Helloooooo! It has been a while!
Thought I would update! Ive still been taking my meds, still don’t feel anything at all. Still confusing my dosing. But I guess im updating because my husband says that for the last two months I have more more irritable. More than the usual once a month hahaha I didnt think I was but he does. Yes I have been on meds for the last 2 months, but I have also been working my tail off! Now is it due to my medication, or me just being extremely tired? Speaking of being tired, I cant seem to catch up on sleep. No matter what I wake up tired! I could sleep all day, every day if I could! I get to sleep fine at night, its not insomnia.
On the plus side yesterday during an educational conference over the phone and computer, I could pay attention and keep on track. Around 3:30 I knew my meds were starting to wear off cause I was looking all over the place, closing the blinds, opening them, grabbing my pen and doodling when its odd that for once I wasnt doodling the entire time!! Thank goodness the thing ended. Plus I got a headache too. Then I was cranky and tired and irritable! haha
I should have listened to you before bluesman! I am now going to keep a medication journal. Write in the time I took them, what dose, and how Im feeling. I hope you are well!!
