My Concerta dose is 90 mg. in the morning. (= 2 X 36 mg. and 1 X 18 mg.) I have also been given regular ritalin to take in the evening if I need to be on task for an activity. The dose is high but it works for me and it is allowable according to a website. (.caddac I think) Time for bed. I have to be at school by 7 tomorrow morning so I need to get back to a more regular sleep cycle……if there such a thing.
