Lucky77: I know a girl who was having nausea with Concerta. She was switched to Vyvanse, which has been working much better.

Low self-esteem is not a characteristic of ADD, so I wouldn’t expect any improvement there. For me Concerta made a huge difference with impulse control (emotional outbursts). Going a day without yelling at my school-age kids used to be an accomplishment for me. Now going a week is achievable.

I can’t say I’ve had a material improvement in distractibilty or procrastination.
