Hi. Lenouail……first I would find a good MD or consult you’re GP for a referral to an ADD Specialist for an accurate diagnosis. In the mean time read everything you can find about ADD and ADHD.

Educate yourself….. it will do nothing but benefit you in your consultation visits!!!! Do it now…..
