It’s kind of a catch22 – by the time my anger has got the better of me, it’s hard to be rational and let those parts take over and calm me down. I’m not due to visit my doctor for a couple more weeks, but I’m resisting anti-psychotics – I haven’t had great experiences with them. And he hasn’t shown a great concern over my rage – perhaps because he hasn’t seen me when I’m really losing control.
