Hey!

Pretty good I think so far… At first I didnt think it was going to work out only because I wasnt being honest about my feelings. Once I expressed what I was feeling and wanted out of it, its going great! We have established some goals I want to meet, my values. I think what has helped me most about it is that she helps me slow down and think things through. i tend to go too fast even for myself. She keeps my thoughts on track so I can accomplish what I want. I think it will be very interesting now since the kids are in school and thats where I need a lot of help. She helped me determine what I should buy for the kids for school, and helps me stop and think about why I am feeling the way I am about things, what I can do to change them. I have also been reading some ADD self-help/ways to organize books which are great! I read from those and then talk to her about them.

Tomorrow is the start of my second month with her…. The first month was getting to know each other, and me learning about how the coaching works… we would set up a weekly goal… for example my laundry, I would set out to do it, find what worked and didnt. etc etc. This month should be a bit better. Will let ya know!
