Lianark – My coach is in Calgary.

Tea – Luckily I finally got benefits at work so they cover my medication costs which were about $300/month. I have meds for ADD and for PMDD. The ADD meds cost A LOT! $170/month. The coaching now costs me $200/month. I have two half hour sessions a month. Its hard to say what sort of guidelines a coach offers… It progresses as the sessions go on… At first it was getting to know one another, kinda all over the place… Now 4 months later we are getting deeper, into behavior. Its been really awesome. And it really does suck that there is no coverage here in BC!!
