The American National Health site has papers regarding studies on the various drugs, may add to your information.

Good luck, by the way, the Bounce Back if supported by your OHIP offers phone support and coaching for a short time.

We were lucky to have it in B.C., though not well known by doctors .. may be worth checking out. Cheers
