@ tea: Mate is off on another tangent looking for anti addiction drugs in the Amazon or whatever, and has stated that ADHD is a non-issue, (my words). http://www.cbc.ca/news/health/story/2011/11/08/addiction-alternative-mate.html

Lastly, same coach volunteers and has for years to head up a monthly support group in Vancouver, but from Nanaimo that’s a stretch. http://www.addcoach4u.com/documents/vanadultaddsupgroup.pdf

Lastly Dr. Ocana at the north van ADHD office is a good, no-nonsense guy that if you can get to him, may be a good avenue to get back on track.. certainly hope so.
