I hear you about the appetite problems… I used to love to eat. Now that I’m on Concerta, it’s kind of frustrating to be hungry without having an appetite. Lost 5 pounds so far (which I don’t mind) but don’t think I want to go any lower on weight… So sad when it gets to a point where binge eating consists of two slices of pizza, sigh!
I pray that my appetite will come back eventually- so sick of drinking protein shakes
