first thing i would do is drop the shrink then find a book called “Driven To distraction”,,,,,,,,,,,,,like myself u’l see yur name on every other page………………re read 2x 3x and the knowledge gained will help u understand REALLY understand what ADD is about and why u have always felt “Different”
