Thank you both for your input!!!! I’m ready to start managing this better :) I’m happy you have found some great support! I will keep in mind about Stephen. My dad just started seeing someone that does cognitive behaviour therapy (my dad has ADD as well) and he’s been seeing great results and feeling much better. He’s on meds too, so I may look into that as well. YAY!
