I’ve been taking it for almost 4 years now. The only side effect I get is a dry mouth. I find it helps but is not 100% effective but then again none of the medications I’ve tried have been 100% effective. I’m glad there is a non stimulant medication, for I found the side effects of Ritalin to much to handle. I lost 10lbs in the first two weeks of taking it. It totally took my appetite away. Although I couldn’t handle the side effects I found that Ritalin did help the most with my symptoms.
