munchikin you said it very well. as a matter of fact i had heard that many people in prison have adhd which is exacerbated by the environment of prison, which leads to violence. so if everyone had access to meds and therapy there the violence in prison could go down. not that everyone with adhd is violent but hey you wouldn’t think of depriving a diabetic of his insulin in prison so why deprive him of meds and therapy. if i said that alzeimer’s didn’t exist that’s just people getting old then i would be ignorant wouldn’t i? the same applies here.
