Rick, so some would argue that ADD’ers are in a constant state of stress, hence always craving empty carbs?
I think that for me, it has to do with my meds. I am taking 10mg spansules of Dex and am not hungry at all during the day, until dinnertime or later. In the evening I could just eat and eat and eat. And lately have been having a drink or two to relax. I can’t help but wonder if it’s the meds wearing off that are causing it.
Larynxa, I haven’t really looked that hard but haven’t found many contraindications about drinking while on ADD meds. Can you fill me in on what some of the side effects or reasons I may not want to drink are?
