Wouldn’t you just love to know where all those things we’ve lost for good are? I don’t mind if I don’t get them back, but there are still some items I can’t stop wondering about, such as:
– The toy lion with moveable legs I had when I was 5… I know I took it to my grandparents’ for the weekend, and at it vanished
– That Nike jacket I got as an “MVP” award for soccer in grade 8, which disappeared
– The necklace my friend gave me around the time when I met my husband… I always associated it with him
