I’m new to this (just learned I have ADHD about a month ago). I’m sorry I can’t help you with this. I just feel bad that you didn’t get any replies when you really needed it. I guess this just demonstrates how varied our symptoms can be and how we can’t alway help guide others with ADHD or possible ADHD.

I hope things are getting better on you end…. did you finally get an “official” diagnosis?
