Day 1 on Concerta. 18mg. Felt clearer and more calm, confident. Accomplished several things at work. Was told by one coworker I seemed more in control of myself, less frantic. The more telling comment from another co worker, after getting coffee I put up sweetner AND closed the cabinet door. I was intent on doing better at work. The follow through on the coffee was inadvertent, organic. Of course, it’s almost 1:00 am and I’m still up, so we’ll see about that….. 😯
