For me I drink the MM around 4:30 PM and that has finished with me by morning. I also try to get another glass in the morning, but normally forget this one. With IBS the MM almost eliminates cramps and spasms as well as keeping things together if you know what I mean. If I forget to take it the next day is a long day.
