    We have seen a mental health specialist and confirmed an ADD diagnosis. She is taking a trial for Concerta, and has been to this specialist 2x.

    A few neighbors have kids with ADD are not taking any medication.

    What are the next steps? I got a book called the ADD answer by Frank Lawlis.

    I suggest watching some of the videos on this site. They are very informative. Also bear in mind that this site is geared towards adults with ADHD – you might find information better tailored to your situation on a site like CHADD.
