I found a poem I wrote a while back by me Lauren.
Racing thoughts
I try to catch them–
They run amuck.
Running thoughts deep into my mind
They turn and tumble
Down a hill.
How can I catch them?
There is something shiny.
I want to know what it is
I reach it but it gone.
The shiny thing is changed
Into my running thoughts–
That would make sense.
