    I am looking for an add doctor or coach to help my husband learn how to cope with add. He has gotten diagnosed and has been given medication that was has been helpful. Since he has gotten this diagnoses late in life he has not learned the skills to work through the issues that come with add. This website is great but as you know anyone with add would have difficulty reading any material available let alone all the material available on this site. If there is any workshops available in the area that would be great also.

    what part of so cal are you in? i know psychs in sfv and a lifecoach in hollywood, but if those are too far, if you give me the area you’re in i can ask around to try to help you find someone closer to you.
