I used to take vyvanse 30 mg and that was fine for a whole day of school work or whatever. Now I am 23 working as a waitress and trying to get my life on track. I see a psychiatrist, psychologist and a career counselor. I take 3 doses 20 mg adderall instant release a day. I used to not take that much, i would take 10 mg maybe twice a day. I guess my tolerance built up? Is this safe? am I just on legal meth? it works for about 2 hours then I have 2 hours of anticipating the next dose. Does this mean i am getting “high” off it? can I not just enjoy the feeling of being focused?
