    if you have adhd but are not medicated you WILL be treating one way or the other. Examples: drinking loads of coffee everyday, working 60-80 hours a week, exercising like a madman, smoking loads of cigarettes, abusing drugs or alcohol. Why? Because the horrible restlessness of adhd DEMANDS treatment.

    Except the ADHD meds aren’t exactly safe. Not everyone can take stimulant ADHD meds.
