I am 47 yo and was diagnosed with ADHD primarily inattentive about three months ago. My wife was diagnosed with OCD when she was in her teens. As you can imagine, her need for strict scheduling and my inability to plan ahead more than 24 hours causes a lot of conflict between us. Anyone else in this situation? What are some tips to keep things running smoothly?
