I am curious as to what other people experience in terms of the patterns that your symptoms take on. My ability to focus sharply will almost seem to randomly shift and alternate with being totally scatterbrained. All other factors being equal, it seems my ability to really focus can just randomly leave me. It is very frustrating when I’m trying to plan time to work on projects. The unpredictability drives me nuts!
I’m currently waiting on a referal to revisit taking meds on my ‘off’ days and I have pretty good coping skills but this drives me nuts!
