I don’t remember where i read it, considering that i read a lot, but the greatest description i’ve ever heard for add was “It’s like you’re watching TV, and someone else is controlling the remote, and they keep changing the channels randomly.”
I think this is a great description! Funny thing is, before I was officially diagnosed almost 2 months ago, people have said that about me all my life! Go figure!
