    answer, no i cant !!!! been trying for 44 years . my life im sure is similar to most of you .beaten as a child for not being still or focused.blamed for the way i am,and now in adulthood abandoned by the people who swore to love you always,i know the struggles i know the pain,if i can help you i will if you can help me boy i could sure use some

    Hi there, how about start a post on how to rather treat children with ADHD as you would have liked to be treated while a child. Maybe we can share some ideas and make it into a positive thing, and maybe more people will join the chat and so everybody help everybody and we might build a better future for the next generation and learn more about our experiences with adhd?
