So i’ve very recently been diagnosed with ADD and have been prescribed concerta(18 mg/day for a week then up to 28mg). Today was my first day taking the med and, while the effects lasted, i felt great (able to focus, more productive, actually motivated since i felt able to focus on tasks). The thing is when the meds wore off, i started feeling nauseous and felt so for about an hour. I’m wondering if anyone as felt the same or as some tips on how to lessen/eliminate this nasty side effect and wants to share them with me.
