OK, with Daylight Savings Time occurring on Sunday, I find I’ve had more trouble getting to sleep and waking up in the mornings. Is anyone else having this issue? I am wondering if it is a result of the ADHD, or if it is just me.
Do you like routines? Do routines make you feel safe? Does changing to or from daylight savings time disrupt your routines?
