Wow. It’s a long wait. I made my appointment at the doctors to start my diagnosis in September – so a good three months so far. Ugh, the thought of having to wait another three months is REALLY frustrating – ironically. Ha, the first question asked at my diagnosis should be, “So, how did you deal with the wait?”.

“I wanted to rip out my hair!”

…..

Doc: “Okay, diagnosis is done.”

Impatience is another good sign……….. ARGH! I’m the king of impatience – just ask my wife and family and others who know me.

NO, do it NOW – I need it done NOW so I can continue my work! You are slowing me down!

Haha, yes. I like to take control of a lot of things, so that I’m doing something to fill the time at least. I’d rather be very busy than very bored.

Use a quiz that you can easily find online with a little search to help determine if you need to see a mental health professional for diagnosis and treatment of ADD.

If you are positive in ADD test you may consult it with the doctor immediately. Otherwise try a little meditation to reduce stress and anxiety.
