    Dr.J.

I was wondering what advice you have for those of us travelling and having to adjust our medication for a large change in time. For example, if one travels and there’s a 6 or 7 hour difference? If you arrive in the “new” early morning and you’re on a long acting med, do you take it despite the fact that your brain still thinks it’s nighttime? Jet lag usually messes me up so am wondering how to factor the medication in to this.
