    I finally got a diagnosis of add about a month ago I have shown symptoms since I was about 11 years old I am now 27 years old. My old teachers never evaluated me for it or made a referral to a psychiatrist because I was not hyperactive or had behavioral problems. I am hoping going on medication and exercise will help.
