Can anyone answer? My daughter has ADHD, Anxiety and impulsive disorder.

She is on 2 expensive medications and weekly therapy.

Our out of pocket monthly expenses are approximately $400, with the added pleasure of the semi annual $70 specialist copay for the neurolgist and $350 every 4 months for the Psychiatristt. Does the state offer special aid to ADHD diagnosis (siniliar to medicare) to assist with bills?

Both me and my husband work and we have medical insurance – these costs are out of pocket expenses (Co-Pays for meds, co-pays for therapy, specialist copay and the Psychiatrist is not covered by my insurance..)

I don’t have a clue, perhaps your druggist would know about programs that help with drug costs. Actually, I was wondering about how the bullying situation was going with your daughter. Did she ever punch out the kid?

She didnt have to – she got in his face and screamed inapproperiate touching! Great strategy recommended by a friend of mine – Lots of adults came running and the situation seems to be MUCH better, the school is actively keeping an eye on this child now.

Thank you so much for asking.

Daytrana has drug plans that help throughout the year – but a friend of I have s severly mentally handicapped child and they get all sorts of state aid – Mortgage subsidies, child care, medical etc…
