    HI Guys!

I find that instramental style music (orchestral, Jazz, and classical) helps me to focus and even helps me stir-up “creative jucies” when ever I need to do any serious writing. What I enjoy alot is flute accumpanied by piano, guitar, violin or an ensemble with a flute soloist. What kind of music do you enjoy to help you cope with ADD/ADHD?

I have recently started playing the piano again. I took lessons as a child but was never very good because I couldn’t focus long enough to finish a piece without mistakes. I have been on medication for 10 years now and I think that is why playing is so much easier for me now. I enjoy it immensely and find it relaxes me.
