To ‘check’ my diagnosis, I sent a list of ‘What I was like as a kid…’ to my mother and she confirmed that all that was me. I asked her to look at the site, as I believe she has ADD at some level, her dyslexia is legendary. It would be a good thing for my sis and her boys to look at it too.
I just noticed that I tend to negate weaknesses rather than affirm strengths. e.g. It would not be a bad think…. rather than It would be a good thing (I corrected myself above). Is this an ADD self-esteem issue?
