My doctor first put me on Concerta and it was awful, so now I’m on Vyvanse which works much better. But interestingly, she has me on a second pill that I take when I get home from work, guanfacine, 2mg. I’ve been on the guanfacine for about 30 days now and I’m not sure that it really does, much of ANYTHING. If I can nail down something, I would say it might help me in avoiding the “think about all the problems of the day to keep myself from going to sleep” problem that I often get at night. Does anyone else have experience using guanfacine?
