    I’ve been self medicating with 5-HTP for about a month. I have noticed a big difference for me. I am able to focus much better and things that used to frustrate me don’t any more. 5-HTP is the precursor to serotonin so you body changes it into serotonin. Has anyone else tried it?

    Yes. I’ve tried it… I can’t honestly say if it helps or not yet. I’m glad it seems to help you!

    No and how is this supposed to be related to treating ADHD?According to this it’s used to treat depression:
