    I just got put on this 2 weeks ago. the duration is 4 hours once it wears off i wanna stay home im on 40 mg vyvanse.  anyone else have similar problem

    Maybe you need a different medicine or a higher dose. I am on 30 mg. Have been on it for a month now and it works for me
