    Hi there (I apologize if this is posted somewhere else…)

    I would really like to order some books on Adult ADHD and organizing strategies etc. but knowing me I would order 25 books (some good – some rubbish) and then never get around to reading any of them!!

    Can you guys recommend some books that were really good?

    Hi Plato girl – specifically for organising myself I liked a book called ‘ADD-Friendly ways to organise your life’ by Kolberg and Nadeau.

    It’s realistic and readable. I use many of the tips.

    I think it’s listed in the shop here.
