I am a 42 year old female with high blood pressure. I take Lisinopril and Metoprolol for it. I’m healthy otherwise and not overweight. I took the virtual test and I scored 9/9, “predominatly inattentive subtype”. Are there any medications that I can take for ADD when I already have high blood pressure? What type of Dr. do I see to get properly diagnosed? I need help! I am ready for a change in my life. I have felt all of these symptoms for as I can remember.
hi’ justjoan I had high blood pressure be for I found out I had adhd . I was on two meds for it . I asked about my pressure going up and my doctor said it does not make it rise that much most times. lucy for me it stayed the same,so I would say tell your doctor what you are thinking and they will know if your pressure is to high for these meds. good luck.
