It started with ritalin( seriously) in the 70’s.Very high dose 2x a day.Then stoped abruptly.What next?Can I safely go back to ritalin? Or maybe some of the newer ones?My son is also ADD( go figure LOL ) and he takes some of the newer meds and goes to a special school,were still trying to get the right dosage( this is when I figured I was still ADD not “other diagnosis” ).Getting a competent specialist here in B.C. is a very long process( I want it yesterday….)
Can anyone tell me of their POSSITIVE experiences with these new meds? And what they are.So that I have a better undrestanding when I go see my GP?
