    how do I find a Physicians in Portland Oregon to get an examination for ADHD?

    I talked to my primary Dr. and she sent me to Physicians but it did not work out. Now I do not trust the judgement of my primary.

    Do I need a referral from my primary Dr.?

    I found a version of the test questions my doctor used online:

    In addition there were some extra questions about headaches, nausea, and other things that could be side-effects of the meds. I’m guessing they need to know the “before” to know if the “after” is side-effects of the meds.
