    Hi Everyone

    I’m new here (diagnosed 3 weeks ago and on Ritalin since wednesday). (woman, 36, ADD, Dutch)

    I have a question about Ritalin.

    I am on 5 mg, 4 times a day. It’s working really well (I’m so happy and relieved) but it’s just not working long enough.

    My doctor told me I can double the dosage if I want to. But since I think the effect is OK I wonder if I can just take the 5mg every 3 hours instead of every 4 hours..

    (I find taking pills scary so I really want to make sure I’m not doing anything wrong)

    I would really appreciate your advise!
