I got an another bite in the job world

I applied yesterday for a job that a family friend stated I would be interested. It is great, suits me, and for mostly working outside. Okay, no desks, no office, just me and the great outdoors. Now I am afraid of what to do. They want me to call them. What should I say? What should I do?
